1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and/or services, you accept these terms in full. In the event any part is disagreed upon, you should discontinue use of services immediately.

2. Renter Eligibility

When booking a car in our site, you are required to:

Must be at least 21 years of age (some classes require a minimum age of 25).
Have a valid driver's license (at least 1 year).
Provide a credit or debit card in your name with working cash.
Meet additional requirements as listed when checking out.

No one will be served if they are ineligible or suspected of fraud.

3. Making a Reservation

Bookings will not be confirmed until the payment is authorized.
Listed rates are subject to change and are subject to various factors such as rental length, city picked up, extras and taxes.
We are not liable for rebooking or canceling a booking if the vehicle booked becomes unavailable and will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Charges and Payment Terms

Full payment or a deposit may be taken in advance, the balance to be paid when the vehicle is collected.
A security hold of up to $100 is placed on your card until the vehicle is inspected when it is returned.
Where applicable, fees for damage, tolls, cleaning, refueling or late-return charges may be imposed.

5. Pickup and Drop-off

This agreement is in effect when the vehicle is delivered and is terminated when it is returned as provided for in this agreement.
Late returns may incur extra per hour or per day fees.
Fuel level at return should correspond to fuel level at pickup (unless a fuel package was pre-purchased).

6. Renter Obligations

Anyone who drives the car for hire accepts the following:

Follow all applicable road safety and traffic regulations.
Do not drive any vehicle while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescriptions that affect your ability to drive.
Avoid illegal actions, unauthorized towing, or racing.
Do not let anyone other than the persons named on the agreement drive.
Please report collisions, breakdowns, and thefts to us at the earliest opportunity.

Failure to fulfill these duties could result in cancellation of the rental without a refund.

7. Insurance Coverage

Unless otherwise specified, basic coverage (required by local law) is included.
Damage waivers, roadside assistance, etc., can be booked or provided during pick-up.
Renters are still on the hook for damages or losses of items that are not covered by a lease protection plan.

Cancellations

If you cancel before the booking end date listed in your booking confirmation, then you will receive a full refund.
Late cancellations may incur a part fee or cancellation of the deposit.
If a pick-up has been confirmed and they fail to show up, the entire fee will be retained.

9. Restricted Uses

No vehicles shall be used for:

Transportation of passengers or freight for hire without permission.
Failure to drive off-road (except if that is the vehicle's rating).
Carrying hazardous or illegal materials.
Any lawful activity banned by local/federal law.

10. Liability Limitations

To the extent legally permissible, [Company Name] shall have no liability for indirect or consequential losses you suffer from using our Services, including, without limitation, missed appointments, trip interruptions, etc.
